How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Spreadeducational Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. Did something go wrong? Please let us know. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What Can You Tell Us About?

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you contacted Spreadeducational Plumbing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a plumber we matched you with

What If the Problem Is With a Provider?

The plumbers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, pricing, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the plumber directly and keep a written record.

Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed from it. One note: Spreadeducational Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How Do You Send a Complaint?

Email contact@spreadeducational.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the plumber
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

What Happens After You Write?

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

What If You Are Still Unhappy?

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about plumbing work itself, your state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
