Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These Terms of Use cover how you use spreadeducational.garden and the services offered through it by Spreadeducational Plumbing. When you use the website, phone the number on it or send in a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What Does Spreadeducational Plumbing Actually Do?

Spreadeducational Plumbing is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent plumbing providers. We do not do plumbing, drain cleaning, sewer or repair work. We are also not a party to any deal you strike with a provider.

Who Are the Providers?

The providers you are matched with are independent businesses. They alone are responsible for their estimates, pricing, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not hire, supervise or direct them. We make no promise about when they are available, how fast they respond, what work they do or how it turns out.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest checking their credentials, asking for proof of insurance and getting a written estimate.

Is This Professional Advice?

No. Everything on this website is general information. It is not professional, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that vary by job, and they are not quotes. Confirm the details with a qualified provider and your insurer.

What Do You Agree To Do?

Please give accurate information when you contact us and use the website only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, get in the way of how it runs or try to enter it without permission.

How May You Be Contacted?

When you phone in or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we match you with, may reach out about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded to check quality and handle billing. You can ask us to stop contacting you whenever you like by emailing contact@spreadeducational.garden.

Who Owns the Content?

The content and design of this website belong to Spreadeducational Plumbing or those who license it to us. Please do not copy or reuse it for business purposes without permission.

What Are the Limits on Our Liability?

As far as the law allows, Spreadeducational Plumbing is not liable for loss or damage that comes from using this website, from a provider's services or from any agreement between you and a provider. The website is offered "as is", with no warranties of any kind.

Can These Terms Change?

Yes, we may update them at any time. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the updated terms.
